Mike Yaremko

Biography:
Mike has 20 years of experience between strength and conditioning and coaching hockey players in the AHL, ECHL, NCAA D1 & D3, USHL, ACHA, and various other leagues across the US, Canada, and Europe.
He is currently the goalie coach at Chatham University (NCAA D3), the goalie coach / strength and conditioning coach at West Virginia University (ACHA D1-D3), the goalie skills coach for the South Hills Amateur Hockey Association (AA/AAA), and a goalie coach coordinator / strength and conditioning coach with USA Hockey. He also independently works with various teams in the Pittsburgh area coaching goalies.
Mike received his bachelors of science degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science in 2011. In 2015, he completed his training to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine: Master Trainer. He has given speeches about strength and conditioning at several different universities, including West Virginia University, Bowling Green State University, and St. Cloud State University. He also works as a lead instructor and strength and conditioning coach with the Shane Clifford Goalie School.
Mike has been featured in American Fitness Magazine, on NASM.org, and accounts such as Quest Nutrition, CCM, and several others. He has also written and has been expert advice on articles with NASM.

Mike was born on April 10, 1986 in Pittsburgh, PA. He and his wife, Melissa, have two sons, Braden and Nickolas, and a daughter Mikayla.
